1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice (6-8 lemons)
1.5 cup of hulled strawberries puréed
1 cup of sugar
1 t of corn syrup
2 quarts of water
frozen strawberries


Prepare the lemons by placing them in the microwave for 30 seconds to get the juice flowing–makes it easier to squeeze more liquids out. Hulled and add strawberries with 1 T of corn syrup to a blender and blend completely. I used a nutribullet to puréed the strawberries. Combined the lemon juice, puréed strawberries, and sugar with 2 quarts of water into container of choice. I bought my beverage dispenser at World Market and the mason jar glasses at T.J. Maxx store (similar here that you can engrave). Add slices of lemons to the container for foodie decor.

Serve over frozen strawberries instead of ice so your strawberry lemonade remains true to taste and not watered down.
